Summary

The following information provides resources and FAQs about the FCC / SamKnows’ request to Internet Service Providers (ISP) and how it impacts Cox customers.

Solution

Overview
The FCC and their contractor SamKnows launched the Test My ISP November 13, 2010. They are now asking Internet Service Providers (ISP) to assist them with finding volunteers. An email was sent to Cox Internet customers that includes a FCC request for volunteers.

Cox is not conducting these tests. We are only providing information from the FCC and SamKnows to customers who want to volunteer.
