Solution
As of May 21, 2013 CoxSync is no longer available for download. Cox will continue to support this application until August 29, 2013.

- From the start menu, go to All Programs.
- Locate and highlight CoxSync.
Result: The right arrow will display the following options:- Add or remove components
- Uninstall
- CoxSync

Select one of the options.

|---|---|
| Add or remove components | Proceed to Step 3. |
| Uninstall | Proceed to Step 4. |
| CoxSync | The CoxSync application opens. All steps complete.

After selecting Add or remove components, the InstallShield Wizard displays.
Follow the prompts to add or remove applications.
All steps complete.

- After selecting Uninstall CoxSync, the InstallShield Wizard displays.
Note: If the CoxSync Companion is present in the system tray menu and you attempt to uninstall it, a message will display and ask for you to close the CoxSync Companion before continuing. Close the CoxSync Companion and click the Yes button to proceed. - Follow the prompts to uninstall CoxSync.
All steps complete.
