Search using specific information by following the steps below:

Go to the WebMail Inbox window, click Search



Result: The Search Messages window displays.

  1. At the Search Messages window, enter a keyword or phrase in the Search for field, as shown below.


  2. Click the checkbox that describes where you want to search:
    • In Subject field
    • In From field
    • In To field
    • In Message body

Click the Match Case checkbox if you want to search using capital and lower case letters just as you entered them.

If you type "Bob" in the Search for field and click the Match Case checkbox, the search will find "Bob" but not "bob."

  1. In the Search in area, click the checkboxes next to the folder in which you want to search. To search through all the folders, click the Search all folders checkbox.

    Note: You must choose a folder in order to obtain results.


  2. Click OK.

    Result: The Search Results window displays.

    If no messages are found, the words No Messages will display, as shown below. 


  3. To refine your search, click Search again.
