Updating Your Billing Address Online

Summary
In less than a minute, you can update your billing address.
Solution
Every customer has a "service" address where Cox TV, Internet, or Phone is installed. This is the address where we mail your Cox bill unless you provide a different "billing address."
Restrictions
- Only the Account Holder can change the billing address online for security purposes.
- If the Account Holder has listed you on the account as an authorized second user, then you can make a payment but cannot change the billing address. The following tabs will not display: Recent Activity, View Statements, Bill Delivery Options, or View Bill Details.

Sign in to View/Pay Bill with your User ID and Password.
Result: The View Bill page displays.

Click the Billing / Service Address link.

Click Update for the Billing Address.

Either:
- Click the first option if you want your service address and billing address to match.
- Click the second option and enter the name and address where you want the bill mailed.

Click Submit.
Result: A confirmation page indicates the address change was successful. We also email you a confirmation message titled Billing Address Update. Your next bill will arrive at the updated billing address.
