Bypass Your Video Equipment

If you are still experiencing problems with your TV picture, try bypassing all external equipment to test the signal and cable.
|Turn off your television and external video equipment (DVR, DVD player, etc.)|
|Disconnect the primary coax cable from the device where it is connected.|
|On your TV, disconnect whatever cord occupies the coax port.|
|Connect the primary coax cable to your TV's coax port.|
|Turn on your television.|
