If you're having trouble creating an account on the NBA League Pass website to see the games, use the quick troubleshooting tips below.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the NBA website to process your NBA League Pass subscription, once you have ordered the package from Cox.
Tip #2
When creating the account on the NBA League Pass webpage, an authentication page requires your Cox 16-digit account number.
Important: Enter the account number without dashes or spaces.
If you do not have your 16-digit Cox account number handy, you can find it on your Cox bill.
If you do not have your bill handy, you can view it on the Cox website.
- Go to My Connection.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click the My Account link to see your 16-digit account number.

After you have created an All Access account on the NBA League Pass webpage, you can access NBA games here: http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/schedule/
To access NBA League Pass on a mobile device:
- Go to iTunes or Android Market and download the free Game Time app (or Sprint NBA Mobile on Sprint devices)
- Tap on the More icon.
- Go to League Pass.
- Enter the User Name and Password you created when establishing the All Access account on the NBA League Pass webpage.
