This article provides steps on how to add a sender to the blocked list in WebMail.

Solution

Automatic options can be set to block a sender in Settings. To manually block a particular sender while at the Inbox, complete the following steps:

From the WebMail Inbox window, check the box next to the sender's email address, then click Block Sender.

Result: The Update Blocked Senders List pop-up window displays

Check the box next to the email address to be blocked, then click OK.

 

To block all email addresses in this list, check the Sender Email Address or Domain box.

 

Result: A pop-up window displays the number of blocked addresses added to the list

Click Close.

 

A sender can also be blocked while an email is open by clicking the red stop sign symbol next to the sender's email address..

 

All steps complete.
