Solution
Manually Check Spelling
- After composing your message, click Spell Check.

Note: The first misspelled word is highlighted in red. Below it, a list of suggestions may be shown in the Change to or Other Suggestions fields.
- Select option.
- To change the highlighted word:
- Click the word from the Suggestions area, or type the word you want to use in the Change to field.
- Click Change to change this instance of the word, or Change All to change the word everywhere it appears in the message.
- To leave the word the way it is, click Ignore.
- To leave the word the way it is everywhere it appears in the message, click Ignore All.
- To change the highlighted word:
- When finished using Spell Check, click OK.
All steps complete.
Automatically Check Spelling
Note: This will cause the spell check to run on every message before you send it.
- From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.
Result: The Message Settings window displays.
Click Preferences.

At Sending Messages, click the Spell check all messages you send checkbox.

- Click OK.
All steps complete.
