Solution
As a Cox High Speed Internet Customer, you have a license to download Cox Security Suite Plus on up to 5 computers, and McAfee family protection on up to 3 computers. You must login as the Primary Account Holder User ID in order to use Cox Security Software. For more information on what this means, see Understanding Digital Identities and Account Types.
Uninstall Cox Security Suite
After deactivating Cox Security Suite, you will also need to uninstall the software.
From the Finder menu, click Go, then select Applications.
Double-click McAfee Internet Security Uninstaller.
Result: The McAfee Internet Security Uninstaller wizard displays.
Check the Uninstall SiteAdvisor box, then click Continue.
If prompted, enter your Mac admin Name and Password, then click OK.
Click Finish to complete the uninstall.
