To program the remote control to control a TV, perform the following steps.
1

Find the code number for your brand of TV.

  1. Locate the manufacturer code for your  brand of TV being controlled.
  2. Highlight or write down the code(s) associated with the TV brand.

  1. Turn on the TV.
  2. Press and hold the DEVICE button and the TV button, until the LED light on the remote control blinks twice.

  1. Aim the remote at the TV.
  2. Using the number buttons on the remote, enter the first 3-digit code listed in the manufacturer’s codes for your TV brand.

    Result: The LED on the remote control blinks twice.

Aim the remote at the TV and press the TV power button.

If TV...Then...
Turns offPress the DEVICE button.
Does not turn off
  1. Repeat Step 2.
  2. Enter the next 3-digit code.
  3. Press TV.
  4. Repeat steps until TV turns off.

Result: The LED on the remote control blinks twice.
