Solution

You must subscribe to NBA League Pass to be able to activate and access NBA League Pass online or via the mobile app, "NBA Game Time."

 

Getting Started by Activating Your Account

  1. Go to www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate.
  2. Sign in with your All Access email address and password (or create a free All Access account).
  3. Select Cox from the drop down menu and enter your Cox User ID and Password.

 

Watching Games

Once you activate your account at  www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate, you can gain access to NBA League Pass video content by the following paths.

To watch games on your...Then...
Computer
  1. Go to www.nba.com/leaguepass.
  2. Click the Login link and sign in using your All Access email address and password.
  3. Click the Schedules link and then click the Launch button.
  4. When the League Pass Broadband player has loaded, click Games near the bottom of the player to open the Games Tray. 
  5. Drag and drop the game you want to watch into the video window.

iPhone 4.3 and higher or Android mobile phones with OS 2.2 and higher

 

 

 

  1. Go to iTunes or the Apple App store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android) and download the NBA Game Time app.
  2. Tap More in the bottom right corner.
  3. Tap League Pass.
  4. Enter your All Access e-mail address and password.
  5. Go to the Video section and tap any of the available games.
iPad 4.3 and higher

Android tablets are NOT supported at this time.
  1. Go to iTunes or the Apple App store and download the NBA Game Time for iPad app.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right.
  3. Tap League Pass located in the left menu.
  4. Sign in with your All Access e-mail address and password.
  5. Go to the Video section and click any of the available games.
