Solution
To edit a contact in the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.

From the Universal Contact Manager Contacts tab, click the desired contact to edit.
Result: The contact details display.

Click the Edit button.
Note: A contact can also be edited from the Contacts tab in List View by right clicking the contact, then selecting Edit.
Result: The Edit contact page displays.

Make the desired changes, then click the Save button.
