Composing a Message Using Rich Text
- From the WebMail Inbox window, click the New button.

Result: The NEW MESSAGE window displays.
- Click the Rich Text button.
To return to using plain text, click the Plain Text button.

In the text field, compose the message.
The Rich Tool options allow the formatting of email messages using tools similar to those provided in a word processing application, such as Microsoft Word.
- Enter contact information in the To:, Cc: or Bcc: fields, and subject in the Subject field, then click the Send button.

All steps complete.
- Open and compose a message using Rich Text.
- Highlight the specific text to turn into a link, then click the Create link button.
Example: Text reads "Click here for more information" and click here should be a link.
Result: The Link to URL field displays.
- Enter the URL of the link, then click the Link button.

Result: The highlighted text turns into a URL.
