Overview

Complete the following steps to:

 

Edit a Contact

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click the CONTACTS button.

     

    Result: The Contacts List displays.

  2. Mouse-over the contact to edit to view options, click the arrow icon, then select Edit details. 

    Note: The details also can be accessed by double-clicking the contact name, then clicking the Edit button.



    Result: The contact details display.
      
  3. Make the desired changes, then click the Save button.

  4. Click the Close button.

All steps complete

 

Delete a Contact

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click the CONTACTS button.

     

    Result: The Contacts List displays.

  2. Select the contact to delete, then click the Delete button.

    Note: A contact can also be deleted by right-clicking the contact, then clicking Delete Contact(s).


    Result: A confirmation message displays.
  3. Click the Delete button.



    Result: The contact is deleted from the Contacts list.
