Summary

This articles provides the steps to go online to change your current PIN to a new 4-digit number.

Solution

  1. Go to www.cox.com
  2. Highlight the My Account tab.
  3. Sign In with your User ID and Password. 

    If you haven’t already created a login, click the Register Now! link and enter your account number and PIN which are located on your Cox bill.

  4. Click Manage Cox PIN.


  5. Sign In with your User ID and Password. 

    If you haven’t already created a login, click the Register Now! link and enter your account number and PIN which are located on your Cox bill.

  6. Enter your current PIN.
  7. Enter the new 4-digit number you want for your PIN. Reenter it.
  8. Click Submit.
