Follow this process to place the thermostat into Simple Mode:

1. On your thermostat, press the mode button on the right side of the device until the mode display in the upper left corner reads OFF.
2. Press and hold program button for 12 seconds.
3. Day of the week will blink, then go away once in simple mode.
4. Press mode again to turn the thermostat to ON and you will be able to control the thermostat with
   limited functionality. The thermostat no longer displays OFF when thermostat is in ON mode.
   

   You will not have access to advanced features.
