Notification emails are used for Cox Home Security to send notifications, alerts and alarm information to customers based upon their choosing.  You can change the notification email through the Subscriber Portal.

Solution

Follow the steps below to change the notification email through the Subscriber Portal.

Click the Rules menu bar and select Contacts for Rules.

Click the modify Pencil to the right of the contact to be changed.

Edit the email address and phone number as necessary and click the Save button when editing is completed.

Up to five email addresses and phone numbers can be added per contact.
