Solution
This feature helps to automate the process of sending a request for a return receipt. It also provides an option to automatically request return receipts from all recipients.
If you are looking for confirmation that your email actually went out, check your Sent Mail folder.
From to the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.

Result: The Message Settings window displays.

Result: The Return Receipts window displays.

- At the Return Receipts window, under When composing a message, choose whether to automatically request return receipts.
Click OK.

If you choose not to automatically request return receipts, you can still request one each time you compose a message. Just select the Request return receipt checkbox at the bottom of the Compose Mail window.
All steps complete.
