- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the VCR to the IN on the TV.

- Connect the coax cable from the wall outlet to the splitter.
- Connect the coax cable from the splitter to the A on the A/B switch.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT of the cable box to the IN on the VCR.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT of the VCR to the B on the A/B switch.
- Connect the coax cable from the A/B switch to the TV.

Connecting a Gaming Console: RF switch

- Connect the coax cable from the wall outlet to the IN on the cable box.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the cable box to the IN on the RF switch.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT of the RF switch to the VHF/Cable IN on the TV.
- Connect the RF switch to the gaming console.

Connecting a to Gaming Console (Coax With Video/Audio Option)
This connection includes but is not limited to Nintendo 64 and Sony Playstation.
- Connect the coax cable from the wall outlet to the IN on the cable box.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the cable box to the IN on the VCR.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the game to the IN on the TV. Or, connect a yellow video cable and a red-and-white audio cable from the gaming console to the TV IN port for VIDEO and the AUDIO Left and Right ports on the TV.

Connecting to a Device With Picture In Picture (PIP) Via Splitter
The following rules must be followed for this connection type to work correctly:
- Never use the "OUT" or "Loop to Decoder" on the TV.
- You do not need Audio/Video jacks with a 2 tuner TV.
- The coax cable will carry the information to both inputs on the TV.
- To view receiver or VCR, you must select the proper input and make sure the TV is on channel 3.

- Connect the coax cable from the wall to the splitter.
- Connect the coax cable from the splitter to the IN on the cable box.
- Connect the coax cable from the splitter to the CABLE/AUX IN on the TV.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the cable box to the IN on the VCR.
- Connect the coax cable from the OUT on the VCR to the IN on the TV.
