Solution

From the WebMail Inbox window, click the Preferences link.



Result: The MAIL PREFERENCES window displays.

Under General Email Preferences, click the account email address.



Result: The account settings display.

  1. In the Real Name field, enter the preferred name to display on all outgoing emails.
  2. In the Reply-To Address field, enter the email address to display in the From line of outgoing email.

Note: The Account Name cannot be changed.

Click the Save button.

Click the Close button.



All steps complete.
