This article provides steps on how to create e-mail contacts in Classic WebMail.

Solution

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click Addresses.

     

  2. Under Addresses: All, click New Contact.

Result: The New Contact window displays.

  1. Enter the new e-mail address information in the fields provided, then click OK.

    The Display Name field is required..

    Once you create an address record, you do not have to type the contact's full e-mail address again. Just enter the Display Name (such as "John") in the To: field of the Compose Mail window. The display name acts as a shortcut, and WebMail will enter the full e-mail address for you. 

     All steps complete.
