  2. Click Settings.

    Result: The Message Settings window displays.

  3. On the Message Settings window, click Preferences.
  4. On the Preferences window, under Message List View, choose the columns you want to display in your Inbox, or other folder:
    • Priority
    • Sensitivity
    • Size
    • Date
  5. Click OK.
