Solution
The Motorola SB6120 is a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem. If this modem is used with the Ultimate Internet, only available in limited markets, and a Microsoft operating system other than Vista or Windows 7, the registry keys must be updated to enable maximum speed performance.

After the cable modem has successfully registered on the network, the Power, Receive, Send, and Online indicators illuminate continuously to indicate that the cable modem is online and fully operational. For more details, refer to the Modem Lights section.
