1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.
   
   
   
   Result: The Message Settings window displays.
    
2. Click Allow and Block Messages.
   
   
   Result: The Advanced Blocking Features window displays.

Enable Blocking

At the Advanced Blocking Features window, select the Activate advanced blocking features option under Enable blocking.

Note: To allow all messages, choose the Do not use advanced block sender and domains functionality option.

Block Senders and Domains

1. At Blocked Senders and Domains, list the senders and domains you want to block. Place each entry on a separate line.
   
   
   
2. At Blocked Mail Actions you can delete them and place them in the trash or move them to a designated folder you create.
    
   
   
3. Click OK.

Note: WebMail blocks messages from all senders and domains listed in the blocked list, except those you place in the exception list. For example, this means you can block all messages from "somedomain.com," with the exception of "henry@somedomain.com," who is in your allowed list.

Exception List

At Exception List, list the senders and domains you want to allow. Place each entry on a separate line.
