This article provides steps on how to search for an email address in Classic WebMail.

Solution

Go to the WebMail Inbox window. Click Addresses.

Do not click the Search button on this menu. It will not search addresses, only messages.

Result: The Addresses: All window displays.

Under Addresses: All, click the Search button.

Result: The Search Addresses window displays.

At the Search Addresses window, enter the word or name that you would like to search for, in the field shown below.

Note: You can search by First Name, Last Name, Nickname, or Company.

Choose the search rules you prefer from the other drop-down menus, as shown below then click OK.

Result: The Address Search Results window displays.

At the Address Search Results window, click the email address of the contact you want to email.

To send email to this address, select Send Mail in the drop-down menu and click OK.

Result: The Compose Mail window displays with the email address in the To: field. To delete the email address, select Delete in the drop-down menu and click OK.

  1. Click Close to close the results window and return to Addresses.

    OR

  2. Click Refine Search, as shown below, to search for more addresses.
