This article provides the steps to install the Cox Toolbar.

Solution

From the My Connection page, next to My Services, click the Internet link.

Result: The Internet Tools page displays.

Enter primary User ID and Password, then click Sign In.

Note: If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot your Password? link.

Under My Account located on the left navigation bar, click the Cox Toolbar link.

Result: The Cox Toolbar Details page displays.

Download the Cox Toolbar, selecting either the For Windows or For Mac button.

Result: The End User License Agreement displays.

Read the End User License Agreement, then click the Accept button.

Result: The File Download window displays.

Click the Run button.

Click the Run button.

Result: The Cox Toolbar 1.0 Setup Wizard begins.

Click the Next button.

Select the option you would like to use to ensure all browser windows are closed, then click the Next button.

Enter your zip code, then click the Install button.

Click the Finish button.

Result: The Cox Toolbar is installed. You can manage the toolbar by clicking the Toolbar Preferences icon, then selecting Preferences.
