Report Messages Misidentified as Spam in Enhanced WebMail

Summary

Email that is misidentified as spam can be marked as not spam and reported to Cox for processing.

Solution

1

Select the message in the Spam folder, then click the Not Spam button.

Result: A confirmation window displays.

A message can also be marked as not spam by right-clicking the message, and selecting Report as not Spam.

Click the Not Spam button.

Result: The message is moved to the Inbox and a notification is sent to Cox.

All steps complete.
