Solution
As a Cox High Speed Internet Customer, you a have license to download Cox Security Suite Plus on up to 5 computers, and McAfee family protection on up to 3 computers. You must login with the primary account Holder User ID in order to use Cox Security Software.
Using Cox Security Software
Remember you can always find all the useful features of your McAfee software right on your desktop with McAfee Security Center. Just click the appropriate link in Cox Security Software Features.

Click here if you are running Microsoft Windows.
After activating Cox Security Suite Plus on the Cox Internet Tools page, you will be forwarded to McAfee website to download the installation package.
On Mac OS X, Cox Security Suite Plus is branded by McAfee as McAfee Internet Security for Mac.
On the Device Protection tab, click the Download button for McAfee Intenret Security for Mac.
If you have previously installed Cox Security Suite Plus Powered by McAfee or any trial version of McAfee on your computer, you may be prompted to purchase a new subscription from McAfee. As long as you are a Cox High Speed Internet customer your subscription to Cox Security Suite is free. We are working with McAfee to resolve this issue. If you receive a prompt to buy a new subscription, contact us so that we can ensure your copy remains free.

Review the License Agreement, then click I Agree.
Click Download.
Write down or save a copy of the serial number on this page for reference. You will be prompted to enter this serial number during installation. If you begin the download of Cox Security Software
Click Continue.
Click Continue.
Click Continue.
Review the Software License Agreement, then click Continue.
Click Agree.
Click Continue.
Click Install.
You may be prompted to enter your Mac admin login information.
When prompted, enter your Mac admin Name and Password, then click OK.
Click Close.
After your Mac restarts, the Activation window displays. Enter your primary account holder Email Address and Password to activate McAfee Internet Security.
Click Close.
