Solution

To import contacts into the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.
1

From the Universal Contact Manager Contacts tab, click the Import Contacts button. 

Note: Import Contacts can also be accessed from the Settings tab.

Result: The Import Contacts page displays.

Complete the following steps: 

  1. From the Select application drop-down menu, select the application from which to import. 
  2. Follow the Get the file to import directions to upload the contact file to import. 
  3. Click the Next button.

Result: The Import Contacts page displays the newly added contacts.

Review the list of contacts to import and remove the checkmark from any contact that should not be imported, then click the Import button.

Result: The Contacts page displays a card view of the newly imported contacts. 

All steps complete.
