Solution

A signature is text that can be added to the end of outgoing messages. A signature is most often used to provide the recipient with the name, email address, and other information about the sender.

 

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.



    Result: The Message Settings window displays.
  2. At the Message Settings window, click Signature.


    Result:The Signature window displays.

  3. Enter your signature in the space provided.

Auto-Insert Signature

If you want your signature to automatically appear at the end of the messages you send, click the Auto-Insert checkbox, then click OK.

Result: The Insert Signature symbol will appear at the bottom of the Compose Mail window.



All steps complete.
