Customers increasingly demand alternate ways to access video content. Cox is meeting the demand though the launch of Cox TV Online Mobile Applications, which you can use to access TV programs and movies on handheld and portable devices. Similar to Cox TV Online, you do not need to be at home or within a Cox serving area. You can use Cox TV Online Mobile Applications from any location in the U.S. with Internet access.

HBO GO and MAX GO

The online version of HBO GO and MAX GO is now available as an application that customers can download. The HBO GO and MAX GO apps are available for download from the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, from Android Marketplace for Android devices (tablets and phones, and the Amazon App Store for Kindle Fire.

How to Access HBO GO and MAX GO
To access content using the HBO GO or the MAX GO app, you must: 

• subscribe to both Cox Advanced TV Essential and either HBO or Cinemax 
  and  
• register on Cox.com by creating a Primary Account Holder User ID and Password.

To download and access the app:

1. Go to the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Amazon App Store and install the app.
2. Select Cox from the list of service providers. 
3. Log in with your Cox.com Primary Account Holder User ID and Password.

If you are not a Cox TV subscriber, contact Cox to discuss adding the necessary level of service. After downloading the app, you must select Cox from the drop-down menu and enter your current Cox primary account holder user ID and password. Cox is currently only supporting the primary account holder, since Parental Controls are not enabled.
Note: HBO GO is only accessible in the US. Minimum 3G connection is required for viewing on mobile devices. Additional data charges may apply.

CNN.com

Cox customers who have CNN as part of their TV pack, can access live CNN and Headline News video streaming by logging in using your Cox primary account holder user ID and password.  

Available for the following devices:

• Apple - iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad with iOS 3.0 or greater. Live streaming requires iOS 4, so iPhone version 3G/3GS/4 and Second/Third/Fourth Gen iTouch are supported. All versions of iPad are supported.
• Android - Kindle, Nook
  
  Note: Additional Android devices are not supported at this time. We are reviewing the opportunity to offer Cox authenticated access to this app for additional Android devices.   

How to Access CNN and Headline News Live Stream

To download and access the app:

1. Go to the Apple App Store and install the CNN app. 
2. Once installed, click the icon to open the app.  
3. Tap the US Edition from the top menu bar (if prompted).
4. Tap the Video tab.
   Result: The Video home page displays.  
5. Tap the Live tab.
6. Tap Unlock to watch for either CNN or HLN News.
   Result: The Sign in to watch live TV pop-up window displays.  
7. Tap Cox from the service provider list.
   Result: You will be redirected to the Cox log in page.   
8. Log in with your Cox primary account holder user ID and password.
   Note: If you have the correct video subscription level, you will be able to view CNN/HLN live streaming and be directed back to CNN for the live stream.
   

Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, TNT,TBS, and truTV 2GO 

The Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, TNT, TBS, and truTV 2GO apps are available for Cox Advanced TV Essential subscribers to download in the Apple App Store for iOS applications.

Turner will be managing the assets that are available via the application. All assets will be On DEMAND assets and mirror the current On DEMAND assets that are available as part of Cox’s TV Online product. A live linear simulcast of the network will not be initially available.

To download the app, Cox Advanced TV Essential subscribers must:

1. Go to the Apple App Store and install either app from Turner Networks.
2. Once installed, click the icon to open the app.

BTN2Go

BTN2Go is a live 24/7 multi-platform extension of the Big Ten Network (BTN), that gives fans the ability to watch the network, live games, and television programming. BTN2Go is free to BTN subscribers through Cox.

To download the app, BTN2Go subscribers must:

1. Go to the Apple App Store or Android Google Play and install the BTN2Go app.
2. Once installed, click the icon to open the app.

 EPIX

EPIX offers unlimited access to Hollywood's best blockbusters as well as all-time movie favorites, original comedy, music and sports on TV, On Demand, online, and on-the-go.The EPIX app is available for FREE, and Cox customers that subscribe to the EPIX channel will have access to full-length movies and shows. 

Pac-12 for Apple iOS

The Pac-12 app is now available to Apple iOS customers who subscribe to Pac-12 network through Cox. The content available on the iPad app will include access to seven live networks (one national and six regional) providing 800 live sporting events annually, including 35 football games, and more than 120 men’s basketball games in the first year. Additionally, the app will provide a variety of On Demand content. To access and use the Pac-12 iPad app, you must subscribe to Pac-12, and use your Cox user ID and password to sign in.

ENCORE PLAY

STARZ PLAY

STARZ PLAY and ENCORE PLAY allow you to watch hundreds of titles, including big original series and hit movies, wherever and whenever you want. The same great shows that you can only see on STARZ and ENCORE are available on STARZ PLAY and ENCORE PLAY. New titles are added weekly, and new episodes from current original series are available the day after they air on STARZ and ENCORE.

Supported Operating Systems and/or Devices

The ENCORE PLAY and STARZ PLAY apps are available for Apple iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch users. The supported devices and iOS systems include the following:

• iPad - iOS 5 or above
• iPhone or iPod Touch - 3GS, 4, 4S running iOS 4.3 or higher, and 5
• Android OS 2.3 and above

The ENCORE PLAY and STARZ PLAY apps will only work when connected to WiFi. At this time, 3G and 4G networks are not supported.

How to Access ENCORE PLAY and STARZ PLAY

To download and access the app:

1. Go to the Apple App Store or iTunes and install the ENCORE PLAY or STARZ PLAY app.
2. Once the app is downloaded, open the app, and tap the Register / Log in button.
3. Select Cox from the list of service providers. 
4. Log in with your Cox.com Primary Account Holder User ID and Password.

NBA League Pass (NBA Game Time)

NBA League Pass subscribers will be able to access regular season games, live and On Demand via the NBA Game Time app. 

WatchESPN

WatchESPN offers 24/7 live programming to ESPN networks on your mobile phone, and tablet. The WatchESPN app offers live streaming access to ESPN networks, live events, and shows.

Watch Disney, Watch Disney Junior, and Watch Disney XD

 Watch Disney, Watch Disney Junior, and Watch Disney XD offers 24/7 live programming and On Demand content to the Disney Channel, Disney Junior or Disney XD channel on your Apple mobile phone and tablet. 

MOVIEPLEX® Play

MOVIEPLEX Play offers access to original series and movies whenever and wherever you want free with a subscription to Cox Advanced TV. 

Longhorn Network 

The Longhorn Network (LHN) offers you access to live streaming and On Demand via your Apple device. LHN is only available for customers in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kansas.
