  • Peace of mind. Knowing that the inside wiring for your Cox TV, Internet and Phone service is protected from unexpected, costly repairs can be a relief to you and your wallet.

  • Waived labor charges. As a Plan subscriber, if there is a problem with your home wiring, you are not charged for a service call or repairs. What you save on just one service call may well exceed a whole year's low monthly plan fee.

  • Repair costs are covered. This plan covers the cost of replacing your home's interior coaxial cable, telephone wiring/outlets as well as fittings and splitters.

  • Quality workmanship. Onsite troubleshooting and/or repairs are performed by highly skilled Cox Home Service Techs. And better yet, all repair work is guaranteed.

  • The Cox commitment. We're committed to giving you the very best customer service. The Service Protection Plan extends that promise down to the wires that bring it all to you.

Available only to residential Cox subscribers. Wiring coverage applies to Cox - and customer - owned wiring in select housing. Separate subscription to the Service Protection Plan from Cox required. The Plan fee is billed monthly and in advance. Cox may suspend or discontinue the Service Protection Plan without notice if no Cox service is being provided to the residence or if any misuse or abuse of the service occurs, or if a hazard or danger to the person or property exists which could prevent Cox technicians from performing their work in a safe manner. Cox may also suspend or discontinue the Service Protection Plan with written notification if on-time payment for the service is not received. This plan does not override existing CPE warranties provided by Cox equipment providers. The Service Protection Plan fee does not cover service calls for problems with Cox self installations. Other restrictions may apply.
