Cox intrastate phone service is provided to you, depending on the state where you receive service, pursuant to our tariffs on file with state public utilities commissions or a state Telephone Service Guide. Certain Business and Residential service offers are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to the applicable state tariff or Service Guide.
