(Undated) -- Here is the latest on stories making the news: Oklahoma officials report that three more H1N1 deaths in the past week bring the year's statewide total to 21. he University of Oklahoma expects to avoid layoffs, furloughs or tuition increases this year despite cuts in state appropriations. California plans to send more than 13-hundred inmates to the privately run North Fork Correctional Facility in Sayre.
