Ada Church Racially Vandalized

(Ada, OK) -- Stiff racial slurs and obscenities have been spray painted on the windows, a sign and the doors of a predominately African-American church in Ada. Police have been meeting with church leaders, such as Deacon Herbert Colbert and keeping an eye out for suspects. Police Sergeant Terry McNeal is asking for tips to Crime Stoppers or the Ada Police Department. Philemon Missionary Baptist Church has a history in Ada running back 100 years.
