(Richmond, VA) -- Utility bills could get lower for Dominion Virginia Power customers. Under an agreement reached between the state's largest utility and the state attorney general's office and a group of ratepayers, customers would get back over 400 million dollars from the company. This is part of a proposed settlement of a number of pending Dominion Virginia Power rate cases. If approved by the State Corporation Commission, the settlement would save customers approximately 80 dollars next year.
