E-waste Recycling Event: Saturday, April 24th at the Roanoke Civic Center
Don't throw away your old, unused or broken electronic devices. Recycle them! In celebration of Earth Month, Cox has partnered with Synergy Recycling to help the Roanoke Valley with proper disposal and recycling of electronic waste by hosting a system-wide E-Waste Recycling Event, Saturday, April 24, 2010. Bring your old electronics powered by a plug or battery and dispose of them the right way! This recycling event, which is free to the public, is part of Cox Conserves initiatives to protect and preserve the environment. Event partners include the Roanoke Civic Center, the City of Roanoke, Synergy Recycling, Recycling & Disposal Solutions, Roanoke Valley Cool Cities Coalition, 1-800 Got Junk?, Clean Valley Council, and Fork in the City.
