Governor Carcieri Orders Flags At Half-Staff

(Providence, RI) -- Governor Donald L. Carcieri has ordered all United States and Rhode Island flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the passing of the soldiers killed in the rampage at Fort Hood in Texas. Flags will remain at half-staff until sundown on Veterans Day, November 11th.
