Providence, RI) -- The state chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union wants city officials in Pawtucket to rescind a decision to bar the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health from locating in a downtown building. The ACLU claims that before the center planned to open, official received an email that implied there would be sexual activity. Executive director Steve Brown said the city seems to have reacted to what he termed misinformation, inappropriately. The decision, according to the ACLU, "raises serious constitutional concerns."
