Steve Martin And Alec Baldwin To Co-Host 2010 Oscars

(Beverly Hills, CA) -- The Oscars will be doubling up on show hosts next year. The Academy Of Television Arts and Sciences has announced comedian Steve Martin and "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin as co-hosts of the 82nd Annual Academy Awards. Oscar producers Bill Mechanic and Adam Shankman said in a statement, quote, "We think the team of Steve and Alec are the perfect pair of hosts for the Oscars. Steve will bring the experience of having hosted the show in the past and Alec will be a complete fresh personality for this event. Martin hosted the 73rd and 75th Academy Awards. The 82nd Annual Academy Awards will be presented Sunday, March 7th, 2010. ABC will telecast the event live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.<
