(Sacramento, CA) -- No federal charges will be filed against a former Orange County state Assemblyman caught on tape making sexual remarks about an alleged affair with a Sacramento lobbyist. The U.S. Attorney's Office says a preliminary investigation found no reason for further action against Republican Mike Duvall. Duvall is married. He resigned in September after the story broke in the news and the recording of his conversation with another lawmaker was made public.
