UPDATE: I-40 reopened at Shields after fatal wreck

11 a.m. All lanes of traffic have reopened on Interstate 40, troopers said.
10:15 a.m. A man walked into traffic and was struck by a tractor-trailer and killed Wednesday morning in the eastbound lanes of I-40, said trooper Betsy Randolph, Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokeswoman.
