UGA President: "It's Time To Rally Around The Team"

(Athens, GA) -- Speaking with reporters Thursday in Athens, University of Georgia President Michael Adams says that despite the Bulldog's lackluster season, he has "total confidence" in head football coach Mark Richt and Athletic Director Damon Evans. Adams says the "team needs and deserves our support right now," adding, "you don't just love your family when everything is going well." While encouraging Bulldog fans to "get behind the team," Adams says he expects the Athletic Director to do a full evaluation of the football program at the end of the year. The Bulldog's record for the season so far is four and three.<
