(Atlanta, GA) -- The two top vote-getters in Tuesday's Atlanta Mayoral Race are now in runoff mode. City Council member Mary Norwood took 46-percent of the vote to former State Senator Kasim Reed's 36-percent and that means there will be a runoff on December 1st. Norwood says she will continue a grass roots campaign that will allow her to prevail. Reed says he expected a runoff all along. He says he plans on becoming the 59th mayor of the City of Atlanta.
