Bank Employee Wounded By Robbers Wearing Wigs

11-03-2009 03:30 AM EST | By ###Don Dornberg/ab
(DeKalb County, GA) -- The employee who was shot and wounded in a holdup at the Suntrust Bank branch at Embry Hills is in serious condition with a leg wound at DeKalb Medical Center. Police say one of the robbers became frustrated with the amount of time bank employees were taking when he fired his gun and hit the employee. DeKalb police say the two suspects in the "takeover" style robbery were wearing wigs. They left in a dark blue minivan with a sack of cash.
