MyPrimetime on Cox Channel 1 On DEMAND

With Cox Digital Cable, you have FREE access to the best ABC and NBC hits along with highly rated shows from your favorite Cable Networks; AMC, Bravo, Cartoon Network, SyFy, USA, Fox Reality,  FX, IFC, USA, TBS, TNT, Travel Channel  and WE TV.  Currently MPT consists of 20-30 primetime/top rated shows.

These shows are available the day after they premiere on the broadcast or cable network and remain available for up to 28 days.  In some instances, the network makes both the SD (Standard Def) and HD (High Def) version of these shows available.

MyPrimetime Features:

• Free Programming- There is no cost to view MyPrimetime content
• Realtime viewing for 28 days - Each show is available in MyPrimetime the day after its premiere and remains available for the next 28 days
• Viewer control of top-rated programming- view your favorite shows whenever it is convenient for you

Important Viewing Information
MyPrimetime features unique viewing functions that differ from other On DEMAND programming, including:

• Fast Forward
• Pause
• Rewind

These functions are not available while viewing MyPrimetime shows. A message displays prior to the beginning of a MyPrimetime show notifying viewers that these remote control features are disabled. If a customer tries to use these features during a show, the following message displays: "Fast Forward, Pause and Rewind functions are not available during this show."

Note: The message automatically disappears after five seconds.

At Cox, we are always working to build a better entertainment experience for you, our customers.
In fact, we just introduced a FASTER On DEMAND on Cox Channel 1.  Now, you will experience faster navigation and faster fast forward and rewind capabilities!
Soon, we will introduce a brand new On DEMAND experience that will make it easier than ever to find your favorite On DEMAND shows.
QUICK START TIPS FOR ON DEMAND:

1. NOW when you visit Channel 1, you are greeted with a streaming video promoting featured movies and free shows.  Press "SELECT" to enter On DEMAND.
2. RESUME viewing is now located on the MAIN MENU.  Now you can find all of your current active rentals from the MAIN MENU.
3. RESUME ON ADDITIONAL TV’s:  Once you order an On DEMAND title, you may watch as many times as you’d like within 24 hours.  To resume viewing on a separate TV, you will need to re-order the title.  If it is within the initial 24 hours, you will not be charged again.
4. When visiting the new On DEMAND for the first time, expect a delay for the new version to appear.

RESUME VIEWING
If you receive the following error code: SRM-8001 when trying to resume viewing on a previously ordered title
Please select ‘Resume Viewing’ then ‘RESTART’

Please note- this is the FIRST PHASE of ON DEMAND improvements

Below is a list of known, TEMPORARY behaviors that will be resolved when the new, improved On DEMAND is introduced in a few months.  Thank you for your patience as we continue to build a better On DEMAND experience.

1. If the ON DEMAND BUTTON does not work, please press “1” on your remote to access On DEMAND.
2. Movie artwork will appear once you select the movie title, it will NOT display as you browse movie selections
3. EXIT button does not work when playing a video.  Press STOP and you can then choose to go BACK TO ON DEMAND or EXIT TO TV
4. The MAIN MENU button will not return you to the MAIN MENU, please press the LAST button on your remote until you return to the MAIN MENU.
