Oakland Murder Suspect Busted In Las Vegas

(Las Vegas, NV) -- The man accused in a 2004 Oakland, California murder was arrested in Las Vegas. Twenty-eight-year-old Jetsae Martinez allegedly shot a man in the head during a fight at a nightclub. Local officers and FBI agents took Martinez into custody as he was leaving a residence around 10 a.m. Wednesday. He's locked up in the Clark County Detention Center.
