Coroner's Jury Says Police Shooting Justified

(Las Vegas, NV) -- A Clark County jury determined today that a Metro police officer was justified in shooting 15-year-old Tanner Chamberlain dead September 29th. Officer Derek Colling shot Chamberlin in the head during a domestic dispute on East Vegas Valley Drive. Chamberlain was reportedly holding his mother hostage at knifepoint when Colling fired the fatal shot.
