Wages Of Topless Dancers Basis Of Lawsuit

(Las Vegas, NV) -- A class action lawsuit is claiming that a topless nightclub owes its employees regular wages and overtime. The suit claims the dancers at the Sapphire Gentlemen's Club are not independent contractors and are entitled to regular wages and overtime. Officials say the number of rules surrounding the dancers work conditions are what make it so the dancers don't qualify as independent contractors.
