(Las Vegas, NV) -- Micheal Mosley, the son of Clark County Judge Donald Mosley, is reportedly in trouble with the law again. Officials say Mosley was in court on Monday for allegedly violating his probation and battery. Court documents show Mosley was offered a plea deal for allegedly attacking someone over an iPhone. Mosley had initially been in trouble for a fatal car accident where he was allegedly street racing and driving under the influence.
